Ripe apple, brioche and citrus with honey, almond and subtle spice. Full bodied with fine, persistent bubbles and vibrant acidity. There's richness and power here showing the Pinot Noir dominance, this is fuller and more muscular than lighter Blanc de Blancs styles. Creamy texture with biscuity complexity from lees aging. Long, satisfying finish.
Serve well chilled (6-8°C). Excellent aperitif or pair with smoked salmon, oysters, fried chicken, or mature Brie. The weight and richness make it versatile from aperitif through dessert. Ready to enjoy now.

Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is the symbol of the House's art of blending, it defines the House style through a perfect balance of strength, aromatic intensity, freshness, and silkiness.
Created in 1877, more than 140 years ago, the iconic yellow label – now one of the most recognizable colours in Champagne - continues to represent both the House's heritage and its daring audacity.
Grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus go to the blending of Yellow Label.
30-45% of reserve wines with grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different crus go into the finished blend. The Pinot Noir predominance (50-55%) provides the structure that is so typically Veuve Clicquot, while Chardonnay (28-33%) adds the elegance and finesse essential in a perfectly balanced wine, and a touch of Meunier (15-20%) rounds out the blend. The long aging in their cellars or Crayères (3 years minimum for Yellow Label) gives silkiness to the Champagne.
