Returns & Refunds Policy

At Slurp, we want you to be completely happy with every bottle you buy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please read below for details on cancellations, returns, and refunds.

 

1. Cancelling an Order

 

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer law. For convenience, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can process your return quickly.

  • The bottles are unopened, intact, in good condition, and returned in its original packaging.
  • The wines are returned to us safely.

For change-of-mind returns within 14 days, you will be responsible for the collection fee of £7.95. Your refund, minus any delivery and collection fees, will be processed once the wine has been received back at our warehouse.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 30 days from the date you notify us of cancellation.

 

 

2. Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Spoiled Wines

 

If some or all bottles in your order are broken during delivery, it's unlikely the wine will be delivered to you as it will normally be returned to us by the courrier. We will contact you to arrange either a replacement delivery (free of charge) or a full refund, including the original delivery fee.

 

If some or all bottles in your order are faulty or spoiled, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 90 days from delivery.

 

You can choose to:

  • Return only the affected bottles.
  • Return the entire case for a full refund.

We may request photos or evidence of the fault, including label images to identify the batch or bottle number, and/or arrange collection of the affected items for inspection.

In most cases, we’ll offer a replacement at no cost. If you prefer a refund, we’ll discuss collection arrangements. This may incur a £7.95 collection fee.

 

3. Refunds

 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • We aim to complete refunds within 30 days of notification.
  • If your return is due to a fault, damage, or our error, we’ll refund the full order amount, including any original delivery charge or shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning wine because you’ve changed your mind, we’ll refund the product cost only (excluding original delivery charge).

5. Your Legal Rights

 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Further information about your rights is available from your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau.
