Red cherry, raspberry and cranberry with floral notes and subtle spice. Medium bodied with silky tannins and bright acidity. Aromatic and pure with that Central Otago freshness and clarity. There's elegance and finesse here, showing restraint typical of Felton Road's refined style. Clean, lingering finish with gentle fruit persistence.
Serve slightly cool (14-16°C). No decanting needed at this stage. Pairs beautifully with duck, salmon, mushroom dishes, or soft cheeses. Drinking beautifully now, will develop further over 5-7 years.
