Mouton Cadet is the global brand from Baron Philippe de Rothschild, one of Bordeaux's most prestigious families (owners of Château Mouton Rothschild). This organic rosé is sourced from certified organic vineyards across Bordeaux, fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness. The blend typically includes Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The 2021 vintage has had time to settle and integrate.
Strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant with subtle citrus notes. Light to medium bodied with refreshing acidity and a clean finish. Dry with straightforward fruit character and good purity from the organic farming. Easy-drinking and approachable with enough weight to pair with food. Uncomplicated rosé.
