Tasting Notes

In 1978 the Guibert family released a red from a quiet valley near Aniane, and the Languedoc was never looked at the same way again. This case explores the rest of the family's work: the Moulin de Gassac and Pont de Gassac ranges, a sparkling rosé and the Combe Calcaire red. Honest, generous wines with a serious pedigree behind them.

2023 Moulin de Gassac Faune
2022 Pont de Gassac Rouge
2024 Mas de Daumas Gassac Rose Frizant
2025 Moulin de Gassac Sauvignon Blanc
2025 Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose
2023 Famille Guibert Combe Calcaire Rouge
