This is entry-level Prosecco DOC (the broader appellation) made in the tank method to preserve fresh fruit aromatics. Glera grape fermented to create gentle bubbles and off-dry character. This is uncomplicated sparkling wine for accessibility and value. Pear, green apple and white flowers with hints of citrus. Light bodied with lively bubbles and refreshing acidity. Off-dry with a touch of sweetness making it easy-drinking and crowd-pleasing. Fresh and fruity without complexity. Simple, straightforward finish. Serve well chilled (6-8°C).
