Orbiel & Frères is produced by Celliers Jean d`Alibert, a cooperative in the Languedoc focused on quality fruit from the region`s diverse terroirs. This Grenache and Syrah blend captures the warm, approachable character of southern France, made for near-term enjoyment rather than aging. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve fresh fruit. The 2024 vintage is exceptionally fresh, just released from the cellar. Red cherry, raspberry and plum with subtle herbs and spice. Medium bodied with soft, supple tannins and bright acidity. Fruit-forward and easy-going with that warm Mediterranean character. There`s just enough structure to pair with food but it remains approachable and drinkable. Clean, straightforward finish. Serve slightly cool (14-16°C). Pairs well with grilled meats, pizza, pasta with tomato sauce, or works nicely on its own as an easy-drinking red.
