The fruit for this elegant , aromatic red has been harvested by hand from Tinta del País (Tempranillo) vines over 20 years old. The fruit was then carefully selected to ensure only the best grapes were chosen for the final wine. Fermentation was carried out with ambient yeasts naturally present in the vineyard and winery. This was followed by a year and four months of long, slow maturation in French and American oak barrels. The result is a delicate, expressive wine, that speaks eloquently of both its fruit and terroir.
