Such terroir provides what you might call a perfect storm - with barely any human intervention needed to produce outstanding harvests for our winemakers, every year.</p>
<p>Dryland, trellised vines with an average age of 15 years yielded the grapes for this wine. Moderate summers with low night temperatures and cold winters create a perfect micro-climate for Sauvignon Blanc grapes.</p>
