Pieropan is arguably the most respected producer in Soave, elevating the region's reputation from bulk wine to world-class whites over several decades. The family has been making wine in the Soave Classico heartland since the 1880s, farming some of the appellation's finest volcanic and limestone hillside sites. This is 100% Garganega, the traditional Soave grape, fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity. The 2024 vintage is vibrant and expressive.
White flowers, almond and citrus with stone fruit notes and a distinctive mineral backbone. Medium bodied with bright acidity and a clean, chalky finish. There's more depth and texture here than simple Soave, showing the quality of old vines and volcanic terroir. Elegant and precise rather than rich or heavy. Long, mineral-driven finish.
Serve cool (10-12°C). Excellent with seafood, risotto, grilled fish, or works beautifully as a refined aperitif. Drinking well now but quality Soave Classico ages gracefully over 5-7 years, developing honeyed complexity.

On an estate that covers 30 hectares, the Pieropan Family have been producing wines since the 1860s. In the early 1930s they were the first to produce a bottle with the name Soave on the label. When Nino Pieropan took over from his father in the 1970s he became the first of the family to produce a single vineyard wine – the Calvarino. The Soave Classico is the youngest and freshest wine in the family’s range. It is produced entirely from indigenous varietals that are grown on the hillside vineyard of the Soave Classico region.
