Pommery is one of Champagne's historic houses, established in 1836 and known for their elegant, fruit-forward style. Brut Rosé Royal blends Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier with addition of still red wine from their vineyards, giving the wine its beautiful pale colour. The house style emphasizes freshness and delicacy over power. Non-vintage for consistent quality year after year.
Wild strawberry, raspberry and citrus with subtle floral notes and brioche. Light to medium bodied with fine, persistent bubbles and refreshing acidity. Delicate and refined with gentle red berry fruit rather than intensity. There's elegance here showing restrained, classic rosé Champagne character. Clean, crisp finish.
Serve well chilled (6-8°C). Perfect aperitif or pair with smoked salmon, strawberry desserts, soft cheeses, or light summer dishes. The delicate style makes it versatile for celebrations. Ready to enjoy now.

Housed in a breath-taking art nouveau villa in Reims with sprawling chalk cellars, Champagne Pommery have always taken a unique and individualistic approach to the world's foremost sparkling wine. When Madame Pommery took the helm in 1865, she commissioned the building of what was possibly France's greatest architectural project since Versailles. An anglophile at heart, Madame Pommery also set out to create a Champagne in tune with drier styles preferred by the English, who were, and remain, some of the world's most prolific consumers of Champagne. In doing this, she is credited with pioneering the Brut style of Champagne that is now the most popular style on the market.
A few years ago, Pommery demonstrated that they are still true firebrands and pioneers, purchasing vineyard land in Hampshire, England and launching Louis Pommery England Brut, the first commercial English Sparkling Wine to be made by a Champagne house.
