An elegant organic white from Catalonia blending Albariño and Garnacha Blanca. Bright citrus, floral notes, and spicy oak framing a fresh, refined finish. Delightfully expressive yet poised.
Pale golden with green nuances, this wine offers a floral and citrus‑led nose, enriched by gentle spice, toasted hints, and subtle vanilla tones from oak aging. The palate is light and refreshing, elegantly layered with citrus, floral complexity, and spicy accents for a refined, lingering finish.
Crafted using organic viticulture, 50% Albariño and 50% Garnacha Blanca are hand‑harvested from high-altitude plots (500–700 m) around L’Albagés and Pobla de Cérvoles. The wine is barrel‑fermented and aged with bâtonnage every 15 days for four months in new French oak, delivering a poised texture and nuanced depth.
Serve chilled (~8 °C). Ideal with white fish, creamy rice dishes, light meats, seafood, shellfish, roasted vegetables, or fresh goat cheese, enhancing its citrus, spice, and floral character.

The Clos Pons winery in the Costers del Segre DO area comes highly recommended to us. It is located in the region of Las Garrigas, South of the province of Lleida, in the municipalities of the Albagés and La Pobla de Cérvoles. Scarce rainfall, cold winters and very warm summers, an altitude of 500 to 700 metres and poor soil constitute the ideal space for wine of great quality, eco-friendly in our case.
The winery is located on a hill that overlooks the whole vineyard - a plan not unlike the concept of the French "Chateau" or the American "Estate". All the wine is made here through a combination of technology and traditional methods. Everything is designed to work with respect for quality and to maintain the properties of the "terroir" to the maximum in the wines.
Extreme weather conditions and low production volumes are reflected in their red wines - intense deep colour, strong aromas of ripe fruit and then an elegant touch of oak from the winemaker.
A richly expressive organic red from Catalonia, blending Garnacha, Syrah, and Tempranillo, delivering lush fruit, subtle spice, and graceful structure with an elegant mineral finish.
