Taittinger is one of Champagne's most respected houses, family-owned since 1932 and known for their elegant, Chardonnay-focused style. Brut Réserve is their flagship non-vintage, distinctive for its 40% Chardonnay content (higher than most houses) blended with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from over 35 crus. Aged for three to four years before release. This represents classic Taittinger elegance and finesse.
Citrus, white peach and brioche with white flowers, almond and subtle honey. Medium bodied with fine, persistent mousse and bright acidity. Fresh and fruit-forward with delicate complexity from aging. There's elegance and lightness here showing the Chardonnay influence, more refined than richer, Pinot-dominated styles. Clean, graceful finish.
Serve well chilled (6-8°C). Versatile with oysters, smoked salmon, light seafood, or works beautifully as an aperitif. The elegance and freshness make it suitable for any celebration. Ready to enjoy now.

The Taittinger family has producing world-class Champagne for nearly a century and its aim has always been the pursuit of excellence.
The Brut Réserve is produced each year from 95% first pressings of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay and this is the definitive cuvée of Champagne Taittinger. It also includes a proportion of reserve wine int he belnd to ensure the blend is as excellent year in and year out.
Prior to release the Brut Réserve is aged for 3-4 years giving the wine depth whilst allowing the component parts to become fully integrated. The grapes for the Brut Réserve come from prime vineyards throughout Champagne, with approximately 50% coming from the Taittinger Estate. It is a carefully balanced blend of wines from more than 35 'crus'.
