Pouring a luminous pale gold with a vivid, persistent mousse, this Champagne opens with inviting aromas of white peach, pear, and apricot, edged by delicate brioche and a faint hint of toast. On the palate it’s fresh and balanced: citrus zest and orchard-fruit brightness meet a subtle creamy texture, leading into a gently rounded, clean finish that lingers, leaving soft citrus and yeasty bread notes harmonising nicely.
As with classic Champagnes, it’s crafted from the traditional blend of Champagne grapes, principally Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier , vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, then given time to age on the lees for added complexity. As a “Brut” Champagne, it maintains a dry, crisp balance that showcases both fruit purity and precise structure. The result is a versatile, expressive NV cuvée that reflects careful blending and classic méthode traditionnelle sensibility.
