Lanson is one of the pioneer Houses to have produced a blended rosé, as early as 1833. It was in 1949 that the Lanson family decided to make a pink cuvée with the characteristic freshness of the Maison's style. The subtle addition of red wines - from emblematic Crus such as Bouzy or Les Riceys - and the exclusive use of rosé reserve wines and the original vinification method, give it a unique pale salmon colour. This bestows a fruitiness and a finesse that, combined, distinguish it from other rosé Champagnes. Its delicate notes make it the ideal aperitif for a long summer evening, a picnic or an elegant accompaniment to a gourmet dessert.
