A blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximinez, this medium dry sherry is aged for at least 6 years in the Williams and Humbert solera. Old gold in colour, the bouquet is a pleasant mix of nuts and "flor" with a slightly woody touch. It is smooth, rounded, and full on the palate. Balanced, smooth, and mellow with a hazelnut-like bouquet it goes well with cheeses, fruit cake and is great with Christmas pudding!
