A vibrant red tawny colour of great intensity, typical of this style of youthful, yet aged wine. With its elegant and complex aromas of ripe fruit, jam and nuts with hints of vanilla and raisins, it is a most flavoursome wine. Full-bodied and appealing with a persistent finish. Serve with selected cheeses and desserts.

The iconic Sandeman Don, created in 1928, is one of the first trademark images ever created. Sandeman recently opened its new production and visitor centre in Quinta do Seixo, in the Upper Douro. This houses the latest technology and production processes, including robotic lagares that closely replicate the traditional method of treading grapes by foot.
