Dedicated to his craft, he believes it's his resonsibility to blend together science with the finest characteristics of his home region of Marlborough – the climate, the water, and the soil – to produce wines his great great Grandfather would be proud of.
David Clouston's unique approach to winemaking employs a variety of methods. This mutli-layered Sauvignon Blanc is partially fermented and aged in concrete egg-shaped tanks and seasoned French oak barriques.
