Distilled in very small batches, this complex and characterful white rum nicely showcases the nuances imparted by the use of a pot still. The official tasting note suggests ripe, fruity flavours of lime, banana and apricot. This rum is entirely unsweetened, so its character comes entirely from the distillation process.
