This sparkling Sauvignon Blanc captures Marlborough`s signature tropical exuberance with added effervescence. Made using the tank method (Charmat) to preserve fresh fruit aromatics rather than developing yeasty complexity. Non-vintage for consistent house style. Passionfruit, lime and gooseberry with subtle tropical notes. Light to medium bodied with fine bubbles and crisp acidity. Fruit-forward with classic Marlborough Sauvignon character lifted by the fizz. Off-dry with a touch of residual sweetness balancing the acidity. Refreshing and approachable.
