Taittinger is one of Champagne`s most respected houses, family-owned and known for their elegant, Chardonnay-led style. Prestige Rose stands out among pink Champagnes for its high Chardonnay content (around 70%), with Pinot Noir and still red wine from their Montagne de Reims vineyards providing colour and structure. This creates a more delicate, refined rose compared to Pinot-dominant styles. Non-vintage for consistent house character. Strawberry, raspberry and white peach with brioche, floral notes and subtle spice. Light to medium bodied with fine, delicate mousse and bright acidity. Fresh and elegant with red berry fruit balanced by Chardonnay`s citrus and mineral character. There`s finesse here rather than power, showing restraint typical of the house style. Clean, refined finish. Serve well chilled (6-8°C). Pairs well with sushi, grilled prawns, summer berries, or works as a delicate aperitif.
