Gaston Dericbourg is a small grower-producer crafting Champagne from their own vineyards in the Marne Valley. Cuvee de Reserve is their non-vintage flagship, blending the classic trio of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. As a grower Champagne, production is limited and the wine reflects the family`s hands-on approach from vineyard to bottle. Non-vintage for consistent house character. Citrus, apple and brioche with subtle floral and almond notes. Medium bodied with fine bubbles and bright acidity. Fresh and fruit-forward with straightforward complexity. There`s honest winemaking here showing authenticity rather than large-scale production. Clean, approachable finish. Serve well chilled (6-8°C).
