Mas de Daumas Gassac is one of the Languedoc`s most celebrated estates, often called the `Lafite of the Languedoc` for their groundbreaking quality. This Frizant (lightly sparkling) rose is a more playful expression from the Guibert family, adding gentle effervescence to their Mediterranean fruit. Typically a blend of Grenache and other local varieties, bottled with a light sparkle. The 2024 vintage is just released, capturing bright aromatics and freshness. Strawberry, raspberry and watermelon with floral notes and citrus zest. Light bodied with refreshing acidity and gentle bubbles that add lift and texture. Dry with vibrant fruit character and that playful fizz. Clean, thirst-quenching finish. Easy-drinking and fun. Serve well chilled (6-8°C). Perfect aperitif or pair with salads, seafood, light tapas, or summer dishes. The gentle sparkle makes it versatile and crowd-pleasing. Drink young and fresh, ideally within the year to capture the effervescence and fruit vibrancy.
