Grifone`s organic Pinot Grigio is produced in the Veneto or Friuli regions of northeast Italy, where the grape thrives in cooler climates with good diurnal temperature shifts. Certified organic viticulture and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal purity. The 2024 vintage is straight from the cellar, capturing bright aromatics and crisp acidity. Pear, green apple and citrus with subtle floral notes. Light to medium bodied with refreshing acidity and a clean, mineral finish. Fruit-forward and straightforward with good purity from the organic farming. Bone-dry with crisp character typical of quality Pinot Grigio. Easy-drinking and uncomplicated.
