Bodega Argento, the largest producer of organic wines in South America, have been firmly focused on sustainable production and top quality standards for decades.

This wine is made with grapes from a parcel that has sandy soil and calcium carbonate beneath. A fresh and elegant Chardonnay with aromas of citrus, wild thyme, and white fruits. In the mouth, it has a good structure and a crisp finish.

50% was made with whole bunch fermentation and the rest with direct pressing. No malolactic fermentation. It is then carefully aged in 5,000-litre untoasted French oak foudres.
