This is the Brunel family`s entry-level white, sourced from Côtes du Rhône parcels outside the Chateauneuf boundary. Made with the same attention to detail as their prestige bottlings but designed for immediate enjoyment. Typically a blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Clairette, fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness. The 2024 vintage is just bottled, capturing maximum vibrancy and fruit purity. Zesty citrus, white peach and spring flowers with a hint of melon. Medium bodied with bright, refreshing acidity and a crisp mineral finish. Lively and fruit-forward with that just-bottled energy. There`s enough weight to handle food but it remains light and approachable. Clean, vibrant character. Serve well chilled (8-10°C). Perfect aperitif or pair with grilled prawns, fresh salads, soft cheeses, or light pasta. This is at its best right now while it`s young and fresh. Drink within a year to capture that brightness.
