Tasting Notes

Slurp Wines NR

Inspired by the Latin term Insignia, The best to show.Â It is our top of the range, the best barrels from each year are combined in this Ultra Premium blend. The best of the Malbec harvest from Perdriel (Luján de Cuyo) and Paraje El Cepillo (Valle de Uco); Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot from Russell (Maipú) result in this deep red wine, with violet and black nuances. On the nose, ripe red and black fruits combine with spices and coffee. Robust and elegant structure, sweet and persistent tannins in the mouth. Unsurpassed, impetuous, impeccable. To enjoy and share it.` [Slurp Wines, 05/06/2026]

Proemio means Prologue in Old Medieval Spanish, Marcelo chose this name as he was the first generation of the family to produce his own wines, beginning a new legacy. Since then he has been discovering his winemaking style based on the deconstruction of French Blend. Marcelo's focus on sustainability has lead to a manual harvest, with bunches and berries being handpicked by the team.'
