Pol Roger remains one of Champagne's few independent, family-owned houses, maintaining uncompromising quality standards since 1849. Brut Réserve is their signature non-vintage, blending 30 reserve wines with equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. Aged in their deep Épernay cellars for four years before release, longer than most houses. This is benchmark Champagne craftsmanship.
Citrus, white peach and brioche with almond, honey and subtle mineral notes. Medium bodied with fine, elegant mousse and vibrant acidity. Beautifully balanced with freshness and complexity in harmony. There's finesse here rather than power, showing restraint and refinement typical of the house style. Long, clean finish.
Serve well chilled (6-8°C). Pairs beautifully with smoked salmon, Dover sole, roast guinea fowl, or works as an elegant aperitif. The balance and finesse make this suitable for any occasion. Ready to enjoy now.

Pol Roger made his first sale of wine in January 1849. As early as 1855, Pol began to favour the production of brut Champagne, as he knew that this was the type of Champagne which the English preferred. Since then Pol Roger has been inextricably linked with British culture – it was a favourite of Sir Winston Churchill and it has since become a staple at British Royal Weddings.
In addition to its own 92 hectare vineyard located in Épernay, the house has worked tirelessly to ensure sourcing of the best grapes from growers, in order to maintain its current level of excellence which is recognized worldwide. From 2001 to 2011 the winery underwent a complete renovation; an undertaking which ensured that the cellar master, Dominique Petit, could vinify cuvees of irrefutable consistency and quality.
