On the nose there are notes or ripe black fruits such as plum, and also some liquorice. Careful ageing in French oak barrels, delivers toasty notes, some tobacco, cedar wood and dark chocolate and pepper.
On the palate this wine is well structured thanks to its soft ripe tannins, displaying flavours of toast and of ripe black fruits. Long, powerful, and with great keeping potential.
