This expressive white Burgundy has a fine and elegant aroma, intertwined with fine, woody notes. Its complex bouquet is constructed around fruit and white flowers. The palate is full and round with mineral notes prolonged by a generous and slightly acid flavour.

Exposed to the north-east, near the village of Davayé, Corsins' vines are rooted in clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 200 metres and with an average age 40 years they produce a slightly more complex and full style of St Veran. The wine is blended in casks and stainless-steel tanks after 8 months maturing. We are not the only ones that have been wowed by the biodynamic wines of Domaine Corsin. Now in its fifth generation, the domaine has been crafting wines since 1864 and its head winemaker, Gilles Corsin, is regularly singled out in wine publications and journals as one of the leading wine producers in the Mâconnais region.
