A blend of 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay which is incredibly fresh, with the Pinot Noir imparting complexity, power and red fruit and the Chardonnay offering elegance and length. Rich and complex notes of apple, pear, lemon and a delicately floral touch. A lovely golden colour with a persistent mousse and delicate, elegant bubbles.
