Classic in style to Pol Roger Champagne house this vintage Champagne is a 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The Chardonnay is what is driving the crisp white currants, tart green apple and orange blossom notes on the nose. The roundness and richness of the blend is exquisite, accompanied by notes of pastry and toasted creaminess, it is perfectly balanced with a fresh acidity and salinity that makes for a long and lengthy finish.
