Slurp Wines NR
Lanson is one of Champagne`s historic houses, founded in 1760 and known for their fresh, vibrant style achieved by blocking malolactic fermentation. Black Label is their signature non-vintage, blending Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from over 100 crus. The non-malo approach preserves sharper acidity and citrus freshness, creating a more linear, energetic profile than creamier Champagnes. Aged for three years before release. Lemon, green apple and white flowers with brioche and subtle almond. Medium bodied with fine, persistent bubbles and bright, refreshing acidity. Crisp and vibrant with citrus-driven freshness rather than richness. There`s purity and energy here showing the non-malolactic character. Clean, zesty finish. Serve well chilled (6-8°C). The freshness and acidity make this excellent with oysters, sushi, grilled fish, or as a bracing aperitif. The crisp style cuts through richer foods beautifully. Ready to enjoy now.
