Les Courtelles Picpoul is produced in Pinet, a small village located in the largest area producing white wines in the Languedoc region of Southern France. The vineyard is established on a chalky plateau facing the Mediterranean sea. Together with cool morning and evening breezes from the sea, the Piquepoul variety finds ideal conditions to ripen and develop its great refreshing character.
100% Piquepoul, which is a very traditional, local grape variety, grown in the region for more than 400 years. The exceptional situation of the vineyards and the peculiarity of the grape variety make the Picpoul de Pinet appellation unique in the world.
Served chilled, you will appreciate its grapefruit and floral aromas with amazing hints of pear as an accompaniment of any salads and sea-food dishes.
