Made using the same traditional techniques as Champagne, this superior Cava from Catalonia has an unmistakable flavour. The fresh palate of apple, ripe pear and bright citrus combines with a long finish and an exciting touch of ginger. 11.5% ABV

PROSECCO - Iconic Freixenet Prosecco has a golden straw colour and lively effervescence with aromas of citrus, apple and flowers. Clean yet exciting, with a light and fresh finish. 11% ABV
