Slurp NR

Psi is made by Peter Sisseck together with and Pablo Rubio. Local growers are incentivised save old Tempranillo vines and to adopt biodynamic or organic methods. The wine is lighter and less heavily oaked than other Pingus wines, therefore, more approachable at a young age. [Slurp, 19/06/2026]
