Tasting Notes

Slurp Wines NR

The Crusher Pinot Noir is a brilliant, ruby red color in the glass with fresh aromas of strawberry, red raspberry, rhubarb and subtle pepper spice. This expressive wine is smooth and graceful on the palate with juicy pomegranate fruit, red plum, black tea and rose candy flavors. The wine is well-balanced with ripe fruit, silky tannins and a good line of acidity which leads to a very lengthy finish. The Crusher Pinot Noir was aged with mostly French oak for 8 months giving it excellent integration. [Slurp Wines, 05/06/2026]
