The Vicentin Winery is a family owned company with a strong history in olive oil, cotton and meat. The vines are grown in sandy-loam soils in the province of Barrancas in Mendoza. The grapes are hand picked in the last week of March. This Blanc de Malbec has been lightly pressed and fermented without skin contact resulting in an elegant pink colour.
