Espiritu de Chile Explorador Cabernet Sauvignon 2019- From carefully selected vineyards in the Maipo Valley. 12 months spent ageing in American and French oak barrels give the wine great structure, balance and complexity. The aromas are of cherry and blackberry combines with spicy notes such as black pepper and mocha. It is sweet and juicy in the mouth with smooth, ripe tannins.
