This is a bright red/scarlet in the glass, with a fresh and vibrant raspberry and plum fruit, dark chocolate and spice notes aroma. This has wonderful balance, with raspberry and cherry flavours and finishes with chocolate and spice and a cleansing freshness. Serve chilled, try with with poultry and earthy flavours. Best enjoyed while young and fresh.
