Showdown's ‘Man with the Ax’ California Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from vineyards in the northern part of California’s Central Valley, around Lodi. Grapes from selected vineyards are vinified separately and then blended to produce a well-baanced wine with ripe fruit and structure. The wine spends 6 months in oak to round things out.
