An intense herbal Absinthe, ideal as part of a cocktail or serve the traditional way with a sugar cube and ice cold water
In 1805 Henri-Louis Pernod founded Pernod Fils, France’s first absinthe distillery. Pernod continues to distill absinthe the traditional way, remaining faithful to its 19th Century roots. The absinthe plants are still harvested locally in Pontarlier, and then distilled in wine alcohol in the village of Thuir And so Pernod has kept its traditions alive since 1805.
An intense spirit with herbal flavours of fennel and star anise. It can be used as a cocktail ingredient or you could try serving it in the traditional method; pour ice cold water over a sugar cube into the Absinthe.
