Pascal Bouchard Vézelay 2018
The House of Pascal Bouchard is ideally located at the heart of the Chablis winegrowing region, a unique northerly terroir.
As specialists in the production of Chablis and Grand Auxerrois wines, the estate is committed to passionately expressing the diversity of the appellations that make up this great winegrowing region, with a desire to let the wines’ minerality and fruit shine through.
This particular wine hails appellation of Vézelay, which lies to the south of the famous wine region of Chablis, near the town of Vézelay – a Unesco World Heritage site. The appellation, which was created in 2017, is gaining a following for its supple and fruity Chardonnays, which are underscored by a citrusy tension.
