Niepoort Dry Rabbit White Port Halves NV
A dry style of white port that is refreshing and zesty, matching well to cheese or spice.
The Niepoort family emigrated from the Netherlands to Portugal in the 18th century, and today, Dirk Niepoort runs the firm with a dedication and enthusiasm that makes him one of the most popular figures in the wine trade.
Part of the 'Niepoortland' collection, taking inspiration from the Alice in Wonderland story, this white port compliments the other DUM and DEE ports.
With far less residual sugar than for normal ports, the White Rabbit can be enjoyed chilled, as an aperitif, or perhaps as a tall drink mixed with tonic or soda. It'll also freshen-up mature nutty cheeses and pair well with spice. Drinking now and ages well. A blend of traditional grapes: Côdega, Rabigato, Viosinho, Arinto and Gouveio
