Nalle Hopkins Ranch Pinot Noir 2014
This is an old-school California Pinot Noir with cherry, mellow oak and lively acidity. Fun to drink now but also built to age
Nalle is one of the oldest wineries in Dry Creek Valley and has been family owned and operated since it was established in 1984 by Doug and Lee Nalle. Today their son Andrew is head winemaker and proprietor. The estate is located two miles from Healdsburg in Sonoma County on land the family has farmed for five generations. Andrew continues Doug's dedication to creating focused, fruit-forward wines in the old-school California style: moderate alcohol, balanced, food friendly, and built to age.
