"The Brixton Distillery is based in the heart of Brixton and within the Market Row arcade. It is the place to go in South London for foods from around the world and home to a thriving market full of local character. Our home is within Impact Brixton, a community-led co-working space full of many small businesses who share the same values of inclusivity and genuineness that we do.
Our Distillery houses a 100 litre bespoke built, contemporary copper & steel pot still, with integrated copper thumper and condenser column. Market Row Rum is then hand packed by our friends from within the community under the guidance of our distiller Matt Servini, who has over 20 years experience in the drinks industry and who will be supporting us not only in the crafting of a great tasting rum but also the training of an apprentice distiller."
