François Millet's Sancerre Rosé is of salmon pink colour and has clean aromas of red fruits, wild strawberries and spring blossom. On the palate fruity berry flavours balance well with creamy notes. The finish is is lively, aromatic and fresh.
Produced in tiny quantities, François rosé Sancerre is made from Pinot Noir grapes. These are pressed very gently to keep this wine very pale and fresh and vibrant, this is a delicate style of dry rosé which is simply perfect over summer and a great food wine also.
