Aromas of apple, pear, lime, flowers, citrus fruits with refreshing acidity on the palate balanced by a light, grapey sweetness. From the top Valdoddiadene region, this Prosecco is Extra Dry, which means it has a little more sugar than the Brut style. The quality of the fruit however means that this is balanced by attractive fruit and acid.
One of the oldest wine making families in the region, Follador offer some stunning Prosecco. Crafted with love and passion taught to each new generation, their quality of production has seen them reap great rewards, most notably when Giovanni Follador received the Wine Quality Award from the Doge of Venice in 1969.
