Tasting Notes

The Chateau Ste. Michelle Columbia Valley Riesling is a fruity, off-dry style. It has a fresh and fruity aroma of apple and peaches. The palate is easy drinking with lots of apple fruit and peach with a ripe sweetness to give a rounded body. This is an incredibly versatile food wine as well as being perfect toebjoy by itself as an 'everyday' white. Try with dressed crab, chicken dishes and cheses, or also works well with fresh fruit. Drink over the coming year to be at it's fresh and fruity best.
