Bright and deep purple in the glass. This has a fine and fruity nose, with aromas of black plum and blackberry, enhanced with notes of grilled meat. The wine is balanced and juicy, mixing black fruits and a fine liquorice with a peppery and toasted note. Persistent finish. Enjoy now (best decanted) and until 2026.

Château Lafaurie Monbadon has a long history since the XVI century. The Château is owned by the Baron de Montfort, alongside Château de Monbadon (Puisseguin) as well as Château du Rocher in Saint Emilion (Grand Cru). The 30 hectare vineyard benefits from a clay and limestone soil, which helps produces wines with a deep colour and a soft and fruity style.
